When you place an order with UK Party Shop we will endeavour to send this out in 24 hours maximum as long as the order is received by 2pm MONDAY TO THURSDAY.
Orders placed on a FRIDAY after 12 noon may not be dealt with until the following MONDAY.

DELIVERIES MADE ONLY MONDAY TO FRIDAY For orders placed before 2am Monday to Thursday.The DELIVERY has to be to an address where someone is there to sign for it. You can send it to your works address. The deliveries can be made at any time between 8-30am and 5-30pm. If no one is there to sign for it you could incur extra delivery charges.
Please Note: if you do not receive the order in 5 working days could you please contact your local sorting office to check if they are holding your parcel. Just recently we have had instances of the Royal Mail being unable to deliver your goods as they were too large for the letter box and no one was in unfortunately it appears that there are occasions when a card is not left and the client thinks we have forgotten the order. If you have not received the goods within 7 days you must contact us immediately by telephone on 0845 166 2683.
